The I-94 corridor is Gridlane's primary development focus. Stretching from the Detroit metro through Kalamazoo and into the Chicago metro area, this route carries significant daily commercial and passenger traffic with limited existing public DC fast charging coverage.

US-23 connects two of Michigan's largest metro areas through a corridor with growing commercial activity and limited charging infrastructure. Gridlane is developing sites at strategic interchange locations between Ann Arbor and Flint.

M-59 is a high-traffic commercial corridor connecting Oakland County's suburban core to Livingston County. Gridlane is targeting retail-adjacent locations with strong dwell time potential and proximity to existing commercial development.

I-69 traverses mid-Michigan and connects to Ontario, Canada at Port Huron. Gridlane is conducting site qualification along this corridor, with particular focus on interchange locations between Flint and Port Huron.

The I-75 corridor is one of the busiest freight and passenger routes in the Midwest. Gridlane is evaluating interchange locations between the Detroit metro and the Ohio state line for the next phase of corridor development.
