For Site Hosts

Premium charging infrastructure.
No capital cost to you.

Gridlane develops, funds, installs, and operates DC fast charging at qualifying commercial locations. You provide the site. We handle everything else.

What You Receive

A revenue-generating amenity
with no operational burden.

A Gridlane site partnership places all development, construction, and operational responsibility with Gridlane. The site host receives revenue and a premium customer amenity — nothing to build, nothing to maintain.

No Capital Investment Required
Gridlane funds all development, equipment, and installation. Site hosts contribute the location — not capital.
Long-Term Revenue Participation
Site hosts share in charging session revenue under a transparent agreement structure negotiated at signing.
Zero Operational Responsibility
Gridlane handles all monitoring, maintenance, uptime, and customer support. Site hosts carry no operational obligation.
Premium Customer Amenity
150 kW DC fast charging attracts customers who stay longer. Charging session dwell time directly correlates with increased adjacent spending.
How It Works

Simple for you.
Disciplined on our end.

01
Site Inquiry
Contact Gridlane with your location. We conduct a complimentary, non-binding preliminary review covering traffic, utility access, and commercial fit.
02
Site Agreement
If the location qualifies, Gridlane prepares a long-term agreement covering development rights, revenue terms, equipment ownership, and operational responsibilities.
03
Development
Gridlane manages all permitting, utility coordination, and construction. Your involvement during this phase is minimal — we work directly with authorities on your behalf.
04
Operations
Once live, Gridlane manages all monitoring and maintenance. You receive regular reporting on session volume and revenue per your agreement terms.
