For Site Hosts

Premium charging infrastructure.
No capital cost to you.

Gridlane develops, funds, installs, and operates DC fast charging at qualifying commercial locations. Site hosts receive long-term revenue and a premium customer amenity without owning or managing the infrastructure.

The Host Advantage

You provide the location.
We handle everything else.

A Gridlane site partnership is structured so that all development, construction, and operational responsibility sits with Gridlane. The site host receives a revenue-generating amenity that attracts longer customer dwell time with zero infrastructure management burden.

No Capital Investment Required
Gridlane funds all site development, equipment procurement, electrical upgrades, and installation costs. Site hosts are not required to contribute capital to participate in the program.
Long-Term Revenue Participation
Site hosts participate in a revenue-sharing structure based on charging session volume. Agreement terms are negotiated at the time of site execution with transparent and predictable structures.
Zero Operational Responsibility
Gridlane manages all maintenance, monitoring, uptime, customer support, and hardware replacement. Site hosts are not responsible for any aspect of charger operation or customer service related to the charging equipment.
Premium Customer Amenity
DC fast charging at 150 kW and above creates a meaningful customer draw. Shoppers, diners, and travelers who charge at your location spend more time — and typically more money — than those who do not.
How It Works

Simple for you.
Disciplined on our end.

The process from initial inquiry to a live charging location typically takes six to twelve months, depending on utility interconnection timelines. Gridlane manages every step.

01
Site Inquiry
You contact Gridlane to discuss your location. We conduct a preliminary review covering traffic, available utility capacity, site geometry, and commercial fit. This review is complimentary and non-binding.
02
Site Agreement
If the location qualifies, Gridlane prepares a long-term site agreement covering development rights, revenue participation terms, equipment ownership, and operational responsibilities. We provide straightforward, commercial-grade documentation.
03
Development and Build
Gridlane manages all permitting, utility coordination, and construction. Site host engagement during this phase is minimal — we work directly with local authorities and utility representatives on your behalf.
04
Operations
Once live, your location operates as a Gridlane network site. We handle all monitoring, maintenance, and customer service. You receive regular reporting on session volume and revenue participation per your agreement terms.
